Assessment Centre Success
The most important piece of advice is to relax, smile and let your personality come out. Assessment Centres work because it allows the interviewers to see a lot more about you as a person than just what your facade that they would normally see at an interview.
Group Interviews. Lead when the opportunity comes your way but don't take over. Involve everyone, get other people's opinions, and almost invite that balance against your opinion. If you're asked to do tasks such as psychometric ability or aptitude tests, make sure you understand all of the information that's required of you. Ask questions again and again to make sure that you fully understand.
It is really important that you don't belittle anyone, be careful with humour and don’t take the mickey.
Just be yourself, relax, smile, be positive, have fun, and you will enjoy great success
