SALES MANAGER - IRELAND (ON-SITE)

Caragh, Co. Kildare | €45,000-€55,000 + bonus
Full-time | On-site | Hands-on, operational role

This is a day-to-day Sales Manager role in a working nursery - not a desk job and not a corporate sales office.

You'll be running the sales operation on site, managing a small, experienced team across outdoor sales and customer service, and keeping pace and standards high while senior leadership split their time between Ireland and the UK.

It's a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, coaching people with different personalities, and making sure sales activity keeps moving - even when it's busy, messy, or weather-dependent.

The Role

Lead and manage a small on-site sales and customer service team

Set daily and weekly priorities to keep activity and momentum high

Coach individuals with different strengths, pace and experience

Drive outbound sales and follow-up, not just inbound enquiries

Manage key customer relationships and complex orders
*

Work closely with production and logistics to deliver on promises
*

Step in operationally when needed to keep things moving

What You'll Need

Sales experience with people management responsibility

Comfortable being hands-on and visible on site

Confident setting expectations and holding people accountable

Practical, organised and commercially minded
*

Happy working outdoors in a rural, working nursery environment

Full driving licence (location is not accessible by public transport)
