What is your style? I work almost like a football agent. I work exclusively with candidates to help them find businesses where they can add real value.
What’s the one thing that you’re best at solving for your clients? Finding candidates who are not on the market.
Why would a client want to work with you? To find talent that they otherwise couldn’t.

Do you have any phobias? Heights, I found out the hard way by having a panic attack on the side of a mountain.
