Sales Profile Analysis

You have been invited to complete the Sales Profile Analysis in preparation for your forthcoming interview.  The results of this will be used by the interviewers during the meeting.

The Sales Profile Analysis, or SPA questionnaire, will take around seven minutes and will help us to get a better understanding of your preferred working and selling styles.  This is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers and it is imperative that you are as honest with it as possible.   

The questionnaire consists of groups of four adjectives and you must respond in terms the adjective that is MOST like you and the adjective that is LEAST like you in each box of four.  You must respond in terms of how you think the adjectives apply to you whilst at work and you should not spend too long on each choice.

Aim to complete the questionnaire within eight minutes.  After the interview should you wish us to share the results with you please contact us and we’ll happily email you the full report.  

We recommend that you should complete the SPA in a quiet room where you should try and avoid distractions.  This questionnaire will remain 100% confidential.
