Sales Consultant

Job Title: Sales Consultant (Cosmetic/Aesthetics) Location: Loughborough Salary: £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £85,000+)

This premium cosmetic practice is looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This isn't your typical role-we are looking for a closer who understands the emotional journey of an aesthetic makeover.


The Role
Unlike many sales roles, there is zero cold calling. You will be managing high-quality, inbound enquiries from patients eager to transform their appearance through a wie range of premiim cosmetic procedures.

* Consultative Sales: Conducting face-to-face consultations to understand patient goals and present bespoke treatment plans.
* Lead Management: Following up on warm inbound enquiries via phone and email to book appointments.
* Relationship Building: Acting as the primary point of contact for patients from their initial enquiry through to starting their treatment.
* Closing: Overcoming objections and discussing finance options to help patients say "yes" to their new look.

About You
You don't necessarily need a con background, but you must have a proven track record in consultative sales from any background. Well aligned areas would be, aesthetics, high-end automotive, luxury retail, or private healthcare, but this is all about the person and personality.
