Sales Broker - Warm Leads / High Earnings Potential

Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £80,000-£100,000+

We're working with a growing, specialist brokerage in Central London that is expanding its sales team.

This is a phone-based role focused on converting warm inbound enquiries - no cold calling or self-generation required.

You'll be speaking to individuals who have already expressed interest, building trust, understanding their needs and guiding them through a structured sales process.

The business operates in a high-value market, offering strong earning potential and clear progression for those who are willing to put the work in.

The role

* Handling inbound enquiries from private clients
* Building rapport and credibility over the phone
* Following a structured, proven sales process
* Converting opportunities into completed deals
* Developing longer-term client relationships
* Working towards revenue and performance targets
