Job Title: Marketing & Lead Generation Manager
Location: Near Milton Keynes (Office-based)
Salary: Up to £50k + Performance Bonus

The Role
Are you a self-sufficient marketer who focuses on ROI over vanity metrics? This B2B professional services organisation are seeking a standalone Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to own their marketing function. Reporting to the Directors, you will be directly responsible for generating high-quality enquiries and driving revenue.

What You'll Do

* Google Ads: Own the strategy, setup, and scaling of paid search.
* LinkedIn: Lead outbound prospecting and organic outreach.
* Email & CRM: Manage automation and re-marketing via Zoho CRM.
* Conversion: Turn SME interest into a funded deal pipeline.

Must-Have Experience
We are looking for a hands-on executor. You must have recent, provable experience in:

* Google Ads (ROI/CPL tracking)
* LinkedIn (Outbound/Lead Gen)
* Zoho CRM
* Email Marketing platforms
