£65,000 Basic + Bonus + Generous Car Allowance of £7800 + Excellent Benefits

A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Reginal Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive performance across a national field sales function. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for delivering growth across both Foodservice and Retail Convenience channels.

You'll take ownership of field execution, coaching and developing teams, while ensuring channel strategies are effectively implemented at site level.

Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing field sales team
* Drive delivery of KPIs across Foodservice and Retail Convenience channels
* Develop and execute the Independent Foodservice growth strategy
* Retain, grow, and reactivate existing and lapsed customer accounts
* Collaborate with Channel teams to execute account and channel plans
* Monitor performance vs plan and implement corrective actions where required
* Deliver regular coaching, 1:1s, and field accompaniments to drive performance
* Oversee training, development plans, and onboarding for new starters

Experience

* Proven experience in field sales leadership or management
* Strong background within FMCG, ideally within Foodservice or Retail
* Track record of delivering sales growth and performance through teams
* Experience managing both direct and indirect reports
* Exposure to national account management is advantageous
