£27,000 basic | £35,000-£55,000+ OTE | Office-based - Stoke Gifford, Bristol

We're recruiting for an established UK business in the mobility sector. This is a 100% inbound telesales role: customers have already visited the website, requested information and asked to be contacted. There is no cold calling. You'll be speaking to warm leads and booking in-home appointments for field-based consultants.

Update CRM accurately

This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role and suits people who enjoy being on the phone and are motivated by performance and commission.

Hours

*

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
*

Every other Saturday (day off in lieu during the week)

What we're looking for

*

Comfortable in a high-volume phone role (100-200 calls per day)
*

Motivated by commission and targets
*

Confident handling objections
*

Professional, patient and credible communication style
*

Sales experience preferred (telesales, inbound/outbound, fundraising, lead generation, door-to-door)
*

Not suitable for customer-service-only backgrounds

You'll be speaking to customers aged 60-90 and their families, so maturity and emotional intelligence are important.
