Sales Manager - CNC Machinery £60K Basic + £80K OTE | Precision Engineering | Office-Based

This well-established engineering business supplies premium CNC milling machines to customers at the forefront of innovation - spanning aerospace, medical, and advanced manufacturing. You'll manage the full sales process, from new business and lead follow-up to hosting customer demonstrations at the company's modern UK showroom.

To be a successful Sales Manager you'll need:
A proven background in technical or capital equipment sales
Knowledge of CNC machinery or manufacturing processes
Strong communication, presentation, and commercial skills
A collaborative, consultative sales approach

£60K basic + £80K OTE (uncapped)
Milton Keynes Office-based role with occasional UK travel
