Specialising in premium sports hospitality - with a strong focus on Formula One - this company creates unforgettable experiences for corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. With expansion into other world-class events such as boxing, football, and live music on the horizon, now is the time to join and help shape their next chapter of growth.

The Role:

* Own the sales function, driving new business and maximising existing client relationships
* Be the commercial right-hand to the MD, leading a small but high-performing team
* Leverage your black book of corporate and HNW contacts to open doors and close deals
* Represent the business at high-profile global events, from F1 weekends to headline concerts
* Deliver ambitious revenue targets and report effectively on pipelines, KPIs and key accounts

What You'll Bring:

* Proven success in B2B sales within events, hospitality, or luxury services
* The ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and VIP clients
* Leadership skills to inspire and develop a small team
* Drive, polish, and commercial creativity to expand into new event markets
* A passion for sport and entertainment, especially Formula One, is a real advantage
