External Sales Representative - Technical Field Sales

Salary: £40,000 + car + uncapped OTE £60,000

Location: Hertford - 50-mile territory

We're looking for a driven External Sales Representative to deliver tailored compressed air and vacuum solutions across a 50-mile radius of Hertford. This is a rare opportunity to join a high specification engineering company achieving rapid growth.

In this field-based role, you'll manage your own pipeline, build long-term client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You'll carry out site visits, create proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What we're looking for:

* 2+ years in external sales, ideally in a technical or engineering environment, experience in compressed air, vacuum systems, or industrial equipment is a bonus!
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand technical drawings/specs
* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
