With over 140 years of trading history, my client is a well-established, fifth-generation timber merchant known for its trusted service, quality products, and strong customer relationships. Family-run and proudly independent, they're now looking to grow their field sales presence across a key region.

The Role:

As Field Sales Representative, you'll take full ownership of a well-established patch that includes a healthy mix of existing customers and new business opportunities. Operating with full autonomy, you'll manage your diary, grow relationships, and drive sales - all without micromanagement or unrealistic targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally within timber, construction, or builders merchants
*

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
*

A customer-first mindset and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales across Towcester, Silverstone, Andover, and Bristol
*

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities
*

Deliver excellent product knowledge and service
*

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
*

Represent a heritage brand in a competitive market
