Location: St Albans (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Up to £27,000 basic salary

This is a rare opportunity to join the Customer Success Management (CSM) team in the software technology sector. The role is with a growing software company that serves diverse sectors. They are looking for a Junior Customer Success Consultant to join their dynamic team. The role includes 1:1 mentoring from an experienced CSM and offers a clear and defined career path, with the possibility of becoming a CSM within 12 months. After that, there will be opportunities to progress into senior customer success management or customer-facing Account Management roles.

What is Required to be a Trainee Customer Success Consultant

* You will be a graduate with 1-2 years of professional office experience. You will be able to use the full M/S Office Suite and be used to using Outlook, Teams on a daily basis.
* You will be organised with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
* You will have a people-centric and customer service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

In return you will receive:

* Basic salary of upto £27,000 Basic Salary. It is expected that this will accelerate with promotions to high £30Ks within two years.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Customer Success Consultant:

* Supporting Customer Success Consultants in managing client relationships
* Assist onboarding new customers and ensuring their successful adoption of the software
* Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
* Contributing to the development of customer success strategies and best practices
