Account Manager

Field Sales Account Manager. Up to £42,000 basic with an uncapped earning potential and a realistic first-year OTE of £60,000 and £80,00 in Year Two. Plus, there is a car allowance, pension, private healthcare, and 25 days of holiday + BH from day one.

Location: Birmingham and West Midlands

We seek a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Manager based in the West Midlands. This role is vital to driving the business forward by managing and growing client accounts, following up on pre-qualified leads, and conducting client visits in the local area.

Requirements to be a Field Sales Account Manager

* Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
* Willingness to travel within Birmingham and the local area.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Sales Account Manager

* Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts within Birmingham and the surrounding area.
* Follow up on pre-qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
* Present and sell a range of B2B solutions tailored to clients' needs in utilities, telecoms, financial services, and smart technology sectors.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
