A leading UK manufacturer of specialised capital equipment seeks an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or qualified apprentice with a few years of experience in technical sales who is eager to grow their career.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full sales cycle for inbound inquiries, from initial contact to successful deal closure.
* Collaborate with engineers to determine precise customer needs and deliver customised solutions.
* Develop technical proposals and quotations that align with client specifications.
* Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

* Level 3 or higher engineering qualification (degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Demonstrated understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with engineers.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and self-motivation abilities.
* Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to create technical drawings.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.

This is an office-based position in Worcester, with occasional travel.
