£100K Basic plus car and full executive benefits package

As the Senior Account Director in Care Software, you'll take ownership of high-impact sales initiatives in a values-driven, fast-growing company. Targeting major private and public healthcare clients, including the NHS, this is a home-based remote role visiting clients UK-wide as needed.

We're not looking for traditional, pushy salespeople. The role requires a highly consultative approach, focusing on deep-needs analysis and understanding client challenges before demonstrating value.

Your established sales leadership, proven experience in the care sector, and ability to build meaningful C-suite relationships will be essential.

In Return, You Will Receive

* Negotiable basic salary, £80,000 to £100,000 Basic plus bonuses.
* Twenty-five days holiday + bank holidays + extra paid leave between Christmas and New Year.

What You'll Do:

* Lead penetration into enterprise-level care organisations.
* Champion the philosophy of 'sell less, win more'.
* Guide networking and market analysis to uncover significant opportunities.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to craft compelling sales strategies.

What is Needed

* Proven Sales Track Record in the Care Sector: You've consistently closed deals within care organisations for at least four years. Your CV should share quantifiable examples of your wins, for example, "Secured £450K+ contracts with..."
* Navigating Care Complexities: You understand the operational hurdles, regulatory pressures, and funding challenges facing care providers.
* A Natural Networker and Business-Connector: You're naturally approachable and build rapport effortlessly, enabling you to uncover decision-makers' true pain points.
* Strategic Closer: You negotiate with a focus on win-win outcomes, securing long-term partnerships, not just one-off sales.
* Care System Visionary: You understand how the solution fits into the evolving UK health and care landscape.
* Value-Driven Selling: Your focus is demonstrating how our software solves real problems for care providers, improving outcomes and efficiency.
