We're looking for an outgoing, energetic Sales Superstar to join our thriving team at Petal Rental. We offer unique real touch flower rental services across the South West of England.

This is your chance to:

* Be your own boss! This flexible, 16-hour per week role allows you to set your own schedule (think 2 x 8-hour days!). Perfect for those with families or other commitments.
* Deliver stunning floral designs created by our in-house florist, and you will also get to drive one of our brightly branded vans (Clean driving license required)
* Grow your earning potential! This part-time sales role has the potential to expand into full-time hours and offers ability to earn good commission.

No experience selling a monthly flower rental service? No problem! We care more about your positive attitude, reliability, and passion for people. A love for all things floral is a plus, but a genuine interest in building relationships is a must! Full training provided.

This exciting opportunity involves managing our existing client base and seeking out new business across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Here's what you'll do:

* Manage your assigned territory (Bristol, Gloucester, North Somerset, South Wales, and Wiltshire).
* Visit existing clients and refresh their floral displays monthly.
* Introduce our services to potential new clients through free trials.
* Convert those free trials into happy customers by showcasing the features and benefits of our service.
* Utilize our CRM system to stay organized and manage client relationships.
* Drive around in style with our company van!
