This leading software company looking for a superstar Customer Service Executive to join their small but growing team. You'll be the friendly voice behind all inquiries and help customers with technical support (all training will be given and no technical experience is necessary) There is a huge amount of career progression that comes with this role.

You will be:

* Providing exceptional technical support to customers across multiple channels
* Troubleshooting any issues and guiding customers

To Be Successful You Will Have:

* 1 years of experience in customer service (software experience a plus)
* A genuine passion for helping people and resolving issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude
