Sales Director

Sales Director, based Fulham London.

£80,000 Basic + Management Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package.

Overview

Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Director to drive their growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the company, ensuring operational excellence, Sales Team leadership, and strategic alignment with the company's goals.

Significant resources will be made available to you and you will have the full cooperation and support of the board and the wider business to deliver on your joint ambitions.

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
* Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement
* Have management over recruitment, training and employee development
* Monitor customer satisfaction to maintain positive customer experiances
* Work closely with directors and other stakeholders to align operations with company objectives.
* Encourage a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
* Manage company budgets
* Generate regular reports on operational performance for the directors, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

* Experience in company budget management and achieving financial targets.
