£85,000 Basic Salary + Six Figure OTE + Great Company Benefits - Hybrid

As part of the Senior Management team, this role requires a proven people manager who can take over a successful team and drive change. They require a highly skilled and multitalented sales leader with a transformational style.

Inheriting a team of 10 sales staff, you will be a strong leader with a record for increasing sales in combination with increased compliance, customer service and overall service satisfaction. This company prides itself on their commitment to excellence and providing the best service to their clients and aim to exceed client expectations.

What's Required

* The ideal candidate will come from a Digital, SaaS or technology background.

* You will be a proven 'hands on' people manager with solid experience in managing and driving sales teams.

* You will be experienced in developing a variety of sales targets and key performance indicators to ensure all business growth targets are met.

* You will be a good people-person with a natural flair for getting the best out of teams and individual

* You will have a strong strategic approach to developing business and possess the credibility and gravitas to quickly gain the respect of already successful teams.

* You will have a positive and proactive 'can do' attitude that passionately ensures that their strategy becomes a success.

* You will recover quickly from setbacks and have the courage to stand up for your own beliefs and for the interests of the business.

* You will be a leader that listens to their people and encourages an open environment where people feel confident and comfortable in airing their views and ideas for progression.
