Client Development Director, Industry Body Membership Organisation, up to £60,000 basic salary plus 45% bonus. 80% home-based and 20% meeting clients across the South of the UK.

This role with a household-name Industry Organisation requires a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager passionate about helping businesses improve their profit and customer experience.

This firm is a genuine advisor to some of the UK's largest organisations, with a client list of Internationally recognised brands. The role is selling membership services, training programmes and networking workshops and requires a passionate and consultative Account Manager who wants to make a real difference to the customer's business.

Overview

Our client is a fast-growing not-for-profit organisation that provides conventional training, e-learning, networking events, legal advice, business support and data insights to help large and complex organisations. Your client base typically consists of companies with over 1,000 staff members plus many public sector departments. The organisation is committed to social good, and you will work with some of the biggest and most respected companies in the UK.

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders at large and complex organisations; most clients are board level of FTSE 350 companies or C-Level in the Public Sector.
* Hosting major networking and workshop sessions with members.
* Providing the UK's most authoritative data, news, insights, and analytics to member clients.
* Working with the sales team to generate new leads and close new clients.



What is Required?

* At least seven years of experience in account management, with exposure to C-Level decision makers within large, complex, corporate clients.
* Experience in several industries and can speak the language of business at senior levels.
* Experience in building relationships at senior levels for long-term client engagement
