What You'll Do:

* Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing & communication strategies across all channels.
* Lead & inspire a talented marketing team, fostering collaboration and growth.
* Spearhead the digital marketing & social media strategy, driving engagement & conversions.
* Manage the SEO, PPC, Development, and Design teams, ensuring seamless execution.
* Act as a liaison with the Group PR team, building strong internal relationships.
* Analyse data & insights, continuously optimising campaigns & ROI.
* Stay ahead of the curve by embracing emerging technologies & trends.
