Sales Director

UK Sales Director, based Midlands/South. Up to £100,000 Basic + Bonuses + Car Allowance OR Car + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits Package.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our client's team and lead their online growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, having worked for a consumer goods manufacturer.

Our client is investing heavily in their international growth and is looking for a high-level Sales Director to lead the charge. You will develop and execute the online sales strategy, build the team, and oversee implementation. You will have significant resources at your disposal and the full support of the board and broader business. Experience in change management would be greatly beneficial.

* 5+ years of sales experience within a consumer goods manufacturing organisation
* Experience managing end-user and e-commerce channels
* Experience managing large teams
