What You'll Do:

* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 12 sales reps in the South East, nurturing their talent and maximizing their potential.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving growth and exceeding targets within your territory.
* Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, fostering long-term collaborations.
* Coach and train your team on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
* Analyse data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and continuously improve results.

Who We're Looking For:

* Proven experience managing and motivating field sales teams.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor others.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* A track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
* Passion for B2B sales, with a focus on building relationships and exceeding expectations.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn, as we operate in a dynamic industry.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed, seeking a role with autonomy and impact.
