Business Development Manager, Education Sector, Manchester, £40,000 basic + Uncapped OTE.

This role is working for a well established and globally recognised training solutions provider based in Manchester, who are viewed by competitors as the premier company to compete with. This firm are seen as the grown up in the room, and inform some of the biggest healthcare organisations and businesses across many sectors.

This major success story are seeking a motivated business development professional who wants to make a genuine and tangible difference to people's lives in their day to day sales role.

This firms reputation will open up many doors ahead of any sales meeting, so you will have instant credibility and buy in from your client base prior to any conversation.

To apply, you MUST be new business focused and enjoy building relationships with new clients. The more creative you are the better, and having a background using multiple methods to generate new business will allow you to hit the ground running. Being creative is encouraged, and full product/service training is provided from day one.

Ideally you will have a background selling into the Education sector. It does not matter what you have sold, but you must have an understanding of how to sell in the education sector. Ideally we are looking for 3+ years in an education business development sales role.

For the first 6 months, this role will be office based, but thereafter will offer flexible hybrid working options.
