Sales Manager, £50,000 basic + Commission OTE £70,000 (Year 1) + Car Allowance (£5,400), Bedfordshire. Technical Sales.

This Sales Manager role is working for an instantly recognisable global manufacturing firm within the technical sales industry who have been dominating their industry since the 1960's.

This role involves:

* Mapping out and implementing KPI's for the sales team;
* Day to day management of the sales team;
* Managing their international partners and relations;
* Converting sales enquiries from existing clients;
* Promoting and driving a sales culture to go the extra mile;

This role requires a methodical, mature and creative approach to running a sales department.
