This company is offering a motivated Graduate the opportunity to join their extensive Graduate Training Program which will set you up for a hugely successful career in sales. You will have full support and 1-1 mentorship from a Sales Director who will guide you with a clear career progression path. They would like you to move into a Sales Executive role within 1 year and continue moving up the scale and into to a Sales Director role yourself.

The role needs a hardworking, intelligent professional with excellent communication skills that are extremely hungry to achieve high earning levels in a professional working environment.

You will be working in partnership with banks, financial services operators, lawyers, accountants, and available government grants, they offer an unrivalled service level and have an excellent reputation and brand.

To succeed, you will be looking for a fast paced working environment and ongoing training and opportunities for progression. You will ideally have at least 1 years work experience in sales since Graduating. Perhaps you're in car sales, recruitment or Estate Agency and are looking for a career move into finance.
