OEM Sales Manager, Automotive Sector

OEM Sales Manager, £45,000 Basic salary + Uncapped Commision (OTE £69,000 Year 1) + Company Car. Buckinghamshire. Hybrid working.

This is an exciting and fast paced OEM Sales Manager role you where you will focused on developing, shaping and implementing your vision to ensure this firm remains a consistent supplier into Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive OEM's.

You will be fully supported in this role and be part of a major success story who's reputation makes this job a whole lot easier!

Perhaps you are fed up in your current sales role, where your products are not getting specified into your account base or the OEM's are not buying from you as you can't budge on price. This is a chance to move to a thriving business who's products are known globally for high quality where you can be commercially flexible to get deals across the line.

This is a hunter sales role, and ideally will suit a proactive, commercially aware and technical savvy sales professional who has a passion for the automotive sector.

You will be looking to get products such as car parts, car accessories, spare parts and many more. Bespoke products can also be made for the OEM's so it's truly consultative. Ideally you will be experienced at penetrating the OEM and dealer markets, with a focus on building strong client relationships. You will also be inheriting accounts to manage from day one.

Ideally you will class yourself as an automotive expert and have a passion for the automotive industry. This role also offers hybrid working for a great work life balance.
