Established for nearly a decade this organisation boast many global brands amongst their impressive client portfolio.
As a result of rapid and sustained growth they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager on an upward career trajectory, who aspires to be Head of Sales or Sales Director within the next few years.
Managing a small team, whilst leading by example with major prospects, this is a strategy level role with clear succession planning to become Sales Director.
Key to your success will be your sales management experience within business-to-business e-commerce sales. You will be able to demonstrate people management experience, be energetic, ambitious and not prepared to settle for mediocrity.
They enjoy progressive working practices and you will work remotely three days a week with two days at their East Midlands office. Applications are welcomed for anyone within a 90-minute commute of the area.
