Specification Sales Manager, Construction Projects, £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary + Commission (OTE £100,000 plus) + Car Allowance of £6,500 per year + Private Healthcare + very strong pension package.

This role is working for a true pillar of the construction industry who are well known for high quality and innovation. They are an instantly recognisable household name and due to expansion plans, are looking for a Specification Sales Manager who can manage their high spend key accounts in the South East of England.
They are an instantly recognisable household name and a brand that you immediately associate with delivering results accross the construction industry. It goes without saying, this is a rare opportunity.
This role is account management focused, and relationship led. It is a field based position covering the South East of the UK where you will be looking after high spend accounts as well as looking to win new business within your territory.
You will be working on the most exciting construction projects in the UK, where you will be looking to sell consultatively to large scale construction contractors, M&E Contractors, Specifiers, other contractors and construction site managers.
Unusually, you will be provided with a fully fledged sales estimating and sales support department to help reduce the burden on admin tasks throughout your day.
You must enjoy the thrill of being a project based sales person, and enjoy the chase of specification sales.
Please apply if you have sold products such as Steel Structures, Platforms, Gantries, GRP solutions, Machinery, Mezzanine Floors, Steel Fabrication and other similar products. It is essential you have an understanding of how to sell in the construction industry.
This firm sell into industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Fisheries, Data Centres, Factories, Ports and Marinas, and other exciting markets. Not one day will be the same!
