Business Development Manager, Creative Media and Digital Design Agency, Hybrid working with HQ in Manchester. This is a closing role supported by Marketing and SDRs.

£40,000 Basic, uncapped OTE. Realistic Year One OTE of £60,000+

We seek a top sales performer to join a specialist dynamic digital marketing agency operating nationally. They specialise in comprehensive online and offline marketing solutions, from traditional graphic design to website development and digital strategy to PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing. With clients broadly 50% public sector and 50% private sector, they have carved themselves a niche as a specialist in complex design solutions, making the uninteresting, well, interesting!

The role needs an ambitious and commercially creative digital marketing sales professional to help grow the business.

In Return, You Will Receive:

* Competitive base salary of £40,000 with uncapped commission potential, earning you over £60,000 in your first year and over £80,000 in your second year based on high performance.

* A reasonably senior role in a medium-sized specialist digital marketing agency. They enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and you will work closely with the founding Director and have a significant say in company direction.



The Role:

* National Role, based in Manchester HQ
* Clients: Local authorities, government departments, schools, NHS, private clients (including SMEs and a dozen FTSE 350 companies)
* Promote and sell our client's cutting-edge digital marketing solutions
* Play a pivotal role in converting inbound leads and closing large, complex deals
* A constant flow of inbound leads from an effective outbound marketing strategy and Sales Development Representatives
* Opportunity to work on large, complex deals
* Hybrid working arrangement after the first month of training and induction.

What is Needed?

* We seek a Digital Sales Specialist with a proven track record of success in digital sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing.
* You should be a strong communicator and presenter with exceptional negotiation and closing abilities. You must also be self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for success.
