£70,000 Basic Salary plus significant package including commission, bonuses.

Inheriting a team of 20 sales staff, this role requires a proven sales manager that can take over a successful team and drive change. It requires a highly skilled and multitalented sales leader with a transformational style from within the financial industry.

This job requires consultative Sales Manager with an impeccable record for increasing sales in combination with increased compliance, customer service and overall service satisfaction.

The company sells complex services within the Legal industry on a global scale. The team has grown to a size where it needs improved systems, processes, compliance and client retention.

This is a senior sales management role for an individual with a 'new management thinking' approach to developing a business for long-term success. As such, you will be well versed with changing sales methodologies and have an instinct for analysing the trends and adapting as needed.



What's Required

* You will be a proven 'hands on' people manager with solid experience in managing and driving sales teams.

* You will be experienced in 'managing managers' to deliver a variety of sales targets and key performance indicators to ensure all business growth targets are met.

* You will be a good people-person with a natural flair for getting the best out of teams and individuals

* You will have a strong strategic approach to developing business and possess the credibility and gravitas to quickly gain the respect of already successful teams.

* You will have a positive and proactive 'can do' attitude that passionately ensures that their strategy becomes a success.

* You will recover quickly from setbacks and have the courage to stand up for your own beliefs and for the interests of the business.

* You will be a leader that listens to their people and encourages an open environment where people feel confident and comfortable in airing their views and ideas for progression. However, at the same time you must also be a strong enough character to take tough decisions when needed.
