Basic to £50,000 + OTE £70,000 + £7200p/a car allowance + Pension and Benefits



A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading innovator of ecologically sound products for the construction industry.

Building on many years of sustained growth and following a major round of reinvestment in the business, they wish to add an accomplished Business Development Manager to their positive and friendly team.

This role will be assisted by the commercial manager who has generated an exciting sales funnel of diverse, incremental and high margin prospects for the BDM to develop upon.

You may be frustrated in a rigid, corporate environment and crave the autonomy to be more creative within a light touch management culture.

Applications are particularly sought from candidates with business development experience within construction, adhesives, plastics or specialised packaging fields.
