Client Relationship Manager, SAAS/Software. Cardiff, £30,000 Basic. NO COLD CALLING.

This fascinating role is working for a major success story within the software industry who are based in Cardiff. Known for high quality and innovation, this award winning business are looking for someone who is a true people person who enjoys putting the clients success at the heart of what they do.

This role is a true relationship led position, that has NO sales pressure and involves NO cold calling.

The role involves account management of high performing accounts, training existing and new clients on their award winning software and consultatively guiding clients through the exciting onboarding process. You will be a key liaison point for the business and be in a highly visible role. It is important that you get the best experience for your clients!

It goes without saying, all the hard work has been done for you, and it is a truly customer success focused role. You will be an integral part of this success stories client retention plan - it is a win win position to be in for all.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is perhaps frustrated in their current sales or customer service role, who wants to move out of sales and into something less pressurised and more relaxed.

To apply, you can be from any customer support background or industry, but having a background in customer service, training or sales would be advantageous. If you have experience within software or using software in a previous job, that would be desirable but not essential.
