Remote Client Development Manager, Management Consultancy

100% Remote role from anywhere in the United Kingdom.

£60,000 Basic Salary, £100,000 OTE plus Benefits

Our client is a global company that works closely with world leaders, chairmen, and board members within the world's most successful listed companies. They offer world-class mentoring, training, and development to ensure that the C-Suite clients are operating at their optimum levels.

The Role

This position isn't a sales role, it's a much more strategic and research-based position to find the right individuals, find the fastest and best route of contact and make a plan of how best to reach those high-level business people, then work closely with the partners to approach those individuals. It requires an multi-skilled individual with that rare combination of drive and gregariousness backed by excellent organisational skills and a diligent approach.

This is a fascinating role that is a combination of research and sales. It would suit an individual with an analytical mind and 'out of the box' thinking when approaching target clients.

To succeed, you must possess a terrific positive sales attitude together with gravitas and the ability to 'ferret' within an organisation to gain access to the right decision-makers.

The ideal candidate may have worked in senior level search and selection (headhunting) or a similar role targeting C-Suite of FTSE350 companies.

Responsibilities:

* Working closely with two senior partners to thoroughly research C-Suite individuals using online resources and social platforms to begin engagement and initial conversations.
* Finding the fastest and best route of contact for each C-Suite individual.
* Making a plan of how best to contact those high-level business people.
* Working closely with the partners to approach those individuals.

What is Needed:

* Ideally you will be a graduate in business studies, political science, social science, economics, history or a similar subject where debate, analytical research and logical argument is encouraged.
* You will have B2B sales experience selling complex solutions into C-Suite levels which require high levels of research and diligence.
* Your will be a credible individual that is focused, structured and navigates target accounts with finesse and gravitas
* Knowledge of research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be useful.
* You will be self-confident and self-motivated.
* You will be a confident and articulate communicator, both face to face and over the 'phone.
