Area Sales Manager, Builders Merchants, Construction, Covering South East Of England.
£40,000 basic + Commission. (£50,000 OTE Year 1) + Car Allowance of £350 per month.

Hybrid working + Full training.

Established in the 1970's, this major success story are a well known name in the construction industry and they are an instantly recognisable household name.

This is a rare area sales role that is covering the South East of the UK and is heavily focused on account management of existing accounts rather than cold hard new business.

You will be managing over 30 accounts that include clients such as well known builders merchants where you will be looking to ensure they remain a spending customer.

This role requires someone who is happy working autonomously whilst being out on the open road, and you will be fully supported by a world class customer services team.

Perhaps you are fed up in your current role with an unremitting drive for new business and want to have a role that is more account management focused. If so, read on.

To apply, you will need to have:

- A minimum of 3+ years field sales experience managing a territory;
- Have a background of selling into Builders Merchants;
- Have a product sales background.

Please note: It does not matter what product you have sold, as long as you have sold into builders merchants.

All throughout your employment, you will receive first class training where you will spend time getting to know the business intimately, and spend time in multiple departments to become an expert in what they do.
