Sales Director

Sales Director, based West Midlands.
£90,000 Basic, + Bonuses + £8,000 Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits Package.

As part of a major reinvestment our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Director to drive their growth internationally.

You will set the strategy and delivery model to achieve this. You will recruit the talent required to deliver on your plan and drive the implementation on the ground. Significant resource will be made available to you and you will have the full cooperation and support of the board and the wider business to deliver on your joint ambitions.

This business has grown sharply and steadily for a number of years, they are ahead of the market in terms of product and delivering new and ever improving solutions. They are stable and financially very strong, possessing both the intent and resources to ensure that their growth plans are realised.
