Inbound Enquiries - Call Centre Team Leader Manchester

Starting basic C£36,000 + OTE Year 1 £65,000+ Rapid Basic Salary Review + Bonuses + Training and Progression

37.5 hours per week.

As a result they are looking to recruit a sales Team Leader to coach, motivate and mentor a team of proactive sales consultants

Your role will be to promote this culture, using data driven metrics and your people management skills to get the best from your team. Basic salary will increase within months for the candidate who can demonstrate added value.
