Internal Sales Executive
Internal Sales Executive - £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + £20,000 (Uncapped) Commission
Office Location: Milton Keynes
A fantastic B2B sales role within the Finance industry, where you'll be managing the full sales cycle, from initial business development through to account management.
Initially you will be converting a range of inbound & prospected leads, attending virtual following up meetings with the wider sales team to convert the sale. Following on from that, account management will make up a key part of the role, developing relationships with those existing customers, ensuring they don't become dormant and remain active.
Our client is a well-established, market leader who sell into over 1000 different SMEs across the UK, their financial services consist of a range of offerings, which include Business Loans, Asset Finance, Commercial Mortgages & more. Our client's main office is located in Milton Keynes, which is where this role will be based out of, it has a modern, stylish feel, which goes hand in hand with their fun, vibrant culture.
All training will be provided by designated in house trainers, who will provide all the knowledge you will need to be successful within the role. Fantastic progress opportunities will arise in the not-too-distant future, with roles such as Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager
Our client will consider a range of backgrounds, you could be a motivated Graduate who is looking to take your first step into sales, or even have a couple of years' experience within a phone-based sales role, they will adapt the position around you!
What is required from you?
* Previous experience within a sales environment is preferred, with prior roles involving one of the following: B2B Sales, B2C Sales (phone-based), Recruitment, Insurance Sales, Telesales, a variety of backgrounds will be considered.
* Money motivated, an uncapped commission structure will allow fantastic additional financial take homes.
* Confident communicator, with the ability to adapt your style depending on who you are meeting with.
* A desire for personal and professional progression, having a drive to work your way through a growing business.
