Sales Support Team Leader, Leeds, £25,000 basic + Commission OTE £35,000. Sports Industry.

This is an entry level management role that requires NO previous experience and offers an envious opportunity to join a Leeds based success story within the sports industry.

This role involves managing and motivating a sales support team to help ensure the smooth running of the sales department.

Full training and ongoing mentorship is provided from day one to ensure you are equipped with all the skills required to hit the ground running.

This is the ideal role for someone who is perhaps looking to kickstart their career after university, or this presents the ideal role for someone who is wanting to move into managing people/teams.

Unusually, you DO NOT need any previous management experience and simply need an outgoing personality and the desire to want to get stuck in! Applications are welcomed from those from any industry, including customer services, sales, sales administration, customer support etc. Personality is absolutely key!

This role involves NO cold calling, and simply involves the following:

* Managing a small team to ensure they hit their targets;
* Training new starters and developing the team;
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
* Social media account control;
* A good variety of other team coaching and management related responsibilities;
