Inbound and Outbound Sales Executive, Hybrid Working

Based in South Wales. Up to £25,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits and uncapped commission

This is a hybrid position where you will have the freedom to make the role your own while being part of a friendly and professional team.

This internal sales role combines research, making introductions, pipeline building, incoming sales and lead generation. It is an excellent opportunity to join an established brand with fantastic opportunities for career development.

The internal sales role is contacting typically large companies at senior levels.

You will be required to: -

* Use the CRM system to maintain regular contact with prospective clients.
* Make appointments with the decision-maker, be that in person, phone, or on a video call
* Maintain and build brilliant customer relationships
* Matching customer needs with the services on offer.
* Be a key supportive member of the sales team.

What's required?

* Confidence and the sales attitude to make account development calls.
* Resilience and the ability to handle rejections yet remain motivated.
* The ability to learn about new products and services and become a 'trusted advisor'.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Great attention to detail

In return, you will receive:

* A basic salary of up to £25,000
* Uncapped earning potential

* 20 days holiday plus 8 paid bank holidays per annum increasing one day's per year worked up to 25 days.
