Graduate Lead Generation Sales Executive - Hybrid Working

Up to £27,500 Basic plus + Commission + Benefits

Great hybrid based (2 days office in Birmingham, 3 days home) lead generation role with a well-established tech firm that has won numerous awards and has tripled in size in the last two years.

As part of their strategy to double in size again before the end of 2023, they need three new lead generation sales specialists.

This is a perfect role for a graduate or someone with some entry-level sales experience looking for a long-term career role with a well-invested scale-up firm.

What's needed:

* A great attitude! It is all about drive and hunger!

* Not a 'job hopper'.

* You will be surrounded by a positive, loud and passionate sales culture that will monitor you and provide you with the necessary skills to proceed.

Some experience of working in a proactive and targeted sales role would be perfect - such as B2C sales or retail sales.

* You will be a great all-rounder that can enthusiastically sell with a positive, tenacious and persistent attitude.

* You will be self-motivated and proactive by nature

* You will be an achiever that is target-oriented, organised and committed to both customer service and service delivery.

Your role:

* The role is introducing an inexpensive yet 'must-have' solution to large employers that speeds up onboarding new staff in large numbers.

* This is an entry-level role where attitude is everything, and the opportunity to progress is enormous.

* You will be directly mentored by a highly experienced Sales Manager who will train you 'from scratch' to be the best that you can be.

* The role will be to identify leads, make calls, make introductions, and set up demonstrations that will be closed by a specialist demo-closer within the team.

* It is likely, within six to twelve months, that your role will progress into this demo-closer role where your basic salary will be £40K+

* The role will also include attending events and exhibitions and inputting data onto the customer relationship development software.

In return, you will receive:

A basic salary of up to £27,500 based upon experience.

* 100% uncapped OTE.

* Hybrid working - 2 days in the office in Birmingham.
