Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager, Scientific Equipment, £35,000 - £40,000 basic + Commission. Bristol.

This is a Business Development Manager role working for a long-standing award winning manufacturer of construction and scientific related products based in Bristol.

This sales role is predominately project based so requires a proactive consultative sales person who can assist with exciting specification projects.

This firm have invested heavily in research and development and boast their own product development team to stay ahead of the trend.

Their specialist product range is sold into a wide variety of industries such as Medical & Pharmaceutical, Motorsport, Healthcare, Precision manufacturing, Academia, Manufacturing and many more exciting industries.

Ideally you will be from a construction sales background and be a pro active business development manager.

You will be used to working with Architects, Contractors, Specification Projects and have excellent working knowledge of selling into the construction sector.

To apply you must have a strong understanding of the construction industry and previously sold any construction related products such as composites, steel, plaster, refrigeration, metals, building materials, fixings etc.

This role is office based, but does offer hybrid working for the right person.

You must be able to discuss projects that you have previously worked on and show how you have made a difference on the project.
