Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive - £35,000 + £25,000 OTE + Additional Benefits

Location: Warrington (3 Days Working from Home)

A fantastic Business Development role where you'll be managing the full sales cycle, from initial business development, prospecting leads, to securing the business and then growing and developing the accounts that you bring onboard. Our client is one of the market leaders in IT Services, specialising in digital transformation and other cloud-based IT solutions, setting up and managing bespoke infrastructure and IT solutions for their customers. They have an impressive client base that includes major enterprise accounts within the private and public sector but also, SME's who have under 10 employees.

If you have previous experience within the IT services or Digital Transformation industry, this is a brilliant role for the overall, well-rounded salesperson, who can demonstrate the full sales cycle. The role:

* Convert new business leads into new customers, maximising the sales opportunities of each customer thoroughly exploring their needs and requirements.
* Key account management of the customer accounts that you bring on board, as well as several of the dormant accounts that require attention to ensure they continue to grow.
* Demonstrate product/service ranges to customers, showing them the key benefits and uses that they will provide to them.
* All product/service training will be provided in house, with personal development and training provided also with constant 1-2-1 meetings with the Sales Manager.
* There is a clear progression path within the role, where you can move into roles such as a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.

What is required from you?

* At least 2 years IT Services sales experience, demonstrating the full sales cycle, selling through multiple methods which include over the phone.
* Have ideally worked with vendors within a sales process previously.
* A resilient, hunter approach to sales, constantly chasing new opportunities, whilst equally being able to develop existing accounts, maximising their potential.
* Have a consultative sales style, being able to tailor a solution to a customer based upon their unique business requirements.
* A curious mindset to sales, with a keen nature to explore any opportunities where sales development might occur.
