About the Internal Sales Executive Role

* Converting warm leads through consultative, needs-led conversations
* Getting to know each client's goals and recommending the programme that's right for them
* Building rapport, handling questions confidently and guiding clients to a decision
* Managing your own pipeline and following up with interested clients
* Working towards individual and team goals, and being rewarded for your results

About you

* A proven consultative salesperson with a track record of converting leads, ideally over the phone
* Motivated by earning well and being rewarded for your performance
* A natural communicator who builds rapport easily and genuinely listens
* Organised, positive and driven to succeed
