Field Sales Manager - Veterinary Equipment, Ireland | €40,000-€45,000 Basic + Bonus + Mileage + Pension & Healthcare | Ireland Based | Field Sales - Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Are you an experienced field salesperson looking for a consultative sales role with a global market-leading manufacturer?

We're recruiting a Sales Manager to develop an established territory across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, selling a respected range of specialist veterinary dental equipment and products into veterinary practices.

This is predominantly a field-based role, combining the development of existing customer relationships with proactively identifying and winning new business throughout the territory.

The Role

You'll manage your own territory and diary, spending the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face.

You'll:

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing veterinary customers
* Proactively identify and approach new veterinary practices
* Generate appointments through a combination of prospecting, cold calling and warm opportunities
* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
* Present products and demonstrate their value to veterinary professionals
* Manage opportunities through the full sales process
* Attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences
* Maintain accurate sales activity and provide regular reports
* Work closely with the wider UK and European sales teams

This isn't about transactional, high-pressure selling. The focus is on understanding customers' requirements, developing long-term relationships and becoming a trusted commercial partner.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys field sales, building relationships and managing their own territory.

Previous experience within veterinary, dental, medical devices or healthcare equipment would be advantageous, but we're also interested in strong field sales professionals from other sectors who can demonstrate a successful consultative sales approach.

Alternatively, you may already have experience within the veterinary sector and be looking to develop your career in commercial sales.

You'll need to be self-motivated, confident generating new business and comfortable working independently while remaining part of a wider international team.

You must be based in Ireland, have your own vehicle and be happy travelling extensively throughout both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
