Lead the sales function for one of the biggest names in direct-to-fan music ecommerce - an established team to grow, household-name artists behind you, a clear path to Director level, and yes, premium gig tickets in the perks.

The Opportunity

We run the online stores and campaigns for some of the world's biggest artists - think exclusive, limited-edition and collector-grade vinyl, CDs and merch sold direct to fans. We've worked with genuine household names across rock, pop and beyond, and as part of a wider international music group we pair specialist agility with serious backing.

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to take the reins of an established team, set the direction, and grow the operation from a strong base.

The Details

* Salary: £60,000 base + up to £20,000 bonus tied to KPIs (£80k OTE)
* Location: Remote-friendly, with occasional visits to the Lancashire office
* Team: Lead and grow a small, established sales team of 4
* Reports to: Managing Director

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading, managing and motivating the sales team
* Setting strategy and owning the numbers - pipeline, forecasting, KPIs
* Winning new business and growing key accounts
* Building and shaping a high-performing sales function

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience leading or building a B2B sales team
* A strong commercial head - forecasting, pipeline, CRM
* The drive to own a function and run with it
* A genuine buzz for music and ecommerce
