This isn't a price fight. You'll sell measurable savings and sustainability: less plastic, less energy, less labour, lower CO2, better pallet stability. A consultative, technical, value-based sale - the kind of conversation buyers actually want to have right now.

What you'll do:

* Hunt and develop new distributors and key accounts across your patch
* Train distributor teams to sell the value story, not the price
* Audit customer production lines and show them exactly where the savings are
* Own your territory - budget, forecasting, pricing input, KPIs

What you'll need:

* 4+ years B2B sales, ideally in packaging / stretch film / flexible or plastic packaging
* A genuine hunter mentality and business development track record
* Comfort with technical, consultative selling and 60%+ travel
* Someone who thrives out in front of customers, not behind a desk
