The Role

You'll manage recruitment projects from initial brief through to successful placement, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Your time will be spent:

* Managing established client relationships
* Handling high-quality inbound enquiries
* Delivering retained and exclusive recruitment assignments
* Consulting with hiring managers
* Recruiting exceptional sales professionals
* Building relationships that generate repeat business

You're already an experienced recruitment consultant.

Alongside a £35,000 basic salary, you'll receive uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £60,000+, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, company pension, free parking, daily breakfast, Lunch Fridays, regular team events and a range of additional benefits.
